NVC Phone issues - Anyone else experiencing it?

I have been trying to call NVC at 603-334-0700 since yesterday and keep getting the busy signal.
Has anyone else experienced this also?
Is the NVC shut down because of bad weather?

Keep trying I got through this morning after about 15 trys

Thanks, I was finally able to get through but unfortunately, my case is now in Administrative processing at the NVC. :angry:

I have...
I can't tell you how many times I called today and only get to get a busy signal.. I was starting to think it was my phone...!!!

I am only trying to find out my NVC case number, so I call about 7 am eastern time, since I don't need to talk to a human (yet). If I try during the day, I get a busy signal.
