Received RFE 3/27/2013 because not enough evidence Sent additional Evident 5/11/2013. RFE package arrived at USCIS 5/13/2012 HAve contacted USCIS twice 7/19/2013 and 8/29/2013 And still same answer waiting for them to complete the background checks !!!! HAd to visit Local USCIS Office to Get additional extention until we get an interview date or GC's. Had an interview date of 11-21-2013 but the good ole USCIS cancelled it for unforseen circumstances what ever that means !!!!
Had to renew Biometrics for get this .... They expired because they been dragging their feet. Had to have 1 yr extention stamped in their passports until we get approved or interview.
Well Here we go again The Local USCIS Office Manager called me after I spent a couple hours on the phone. And she tome me the Estimated wait times for Visa Processing and Lifting of condition is wrong. She said Lifting of condition should take 2 to 3 years from time of Submitting the I751 form And that those time lines have always been wrong. So We wait again for a response. Btw Elvie has been in the USA for 2 years as of Oct 29th. Finally after 2 and 1/2 yrs We are approved and have the 10YR GCs in hand !!!!!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
