Adobe Reader has a tool call typewriter!

Open your g-325a.pdf file

click on Tools

drag the mouse to Typewriter

click on Show Typewriter Toolbar

that tool allows you to write over any part of the form

and you can change the size of the text , spaces and font.

Good luck!

First go to http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/g-325a.pdf

Click on File (at the top-left window side)

Click on Save As.. (Adobe PDF files)

Then open file on your computer using Adobe Reader 9.0

It should appear typewriter option under tools.

Let me know if it works !!!

Can't find tools when I open the form.

Only Adobe Reader 9.0

Here's a program (freeware) for typing directly on a PDF file - PDF-XChange http://pdf-xchange-viewer.en.softonic.com/.

I prefer its typewrite feature over that of Acrobat 8.0's. PDF-XChange typewriter feature lets you choose the font, font size, alignment, style. Acrobat 8.0 only allows changing the default font size and line spacing.

I think the document doesn't let me do the typewritter thing! :(

and it's much easier to fill the form there!

If the TypeWriter Tool is not showing:

Click on Tools > Customize Toolbar > and then put a check in the box next to Typewriter Toolbar in the drop down list. Click OK.
