Hi! How can I change the interview location in form DS 260 (dv lottery) before submission? I'm filling this for a friend, and due to war in Sudan, he won't be able to have his interview in Khartoum, Sudan. So, I suggested a couple of countries that require a counter visa only for Sudanese citizens; So I put Malaysia as starters and proceeded with filling the rest of the form thinking I can go back and change the embassy location once we made a final decision. The problem is that when I went back to change the interview location, this section was no longer active and grey color. I can't change it anymore no matter what, even though I haven't submitted the form yet. Does this mean I have to email KCC to unlock it for me? Help, please! I attached a screenshot. Thanks in advance!

Hello all we recently had our i130 approved last week. we are now starting the NVC stage. Our lawyer today advise that we night need a waiver at the interview stage because of my husband past 5 year ban and deportation back here to Australia from America (iam a USC) now my husband’s ban was over 5 years ago, we have been in Australia since 2011. what’s the likelihood he will need a waiver at his interview (when we get one) In Sydney AUSTRALIA? -
Hi everyone🙂, I need financial aid to study in the United States. I can't afford it, also getting a scholarship to study abroad is extremely hard here in Nigeria. I am 17years of age, and will turn 18 next year march. I'm a high school graduate (Art student), and I was born with a facial deformity which I think will make it more difficult for me to get help. Please what steps should I take to seek for help to get financial assistance/sponsorship to study in the United States for a bachelor of Arts degree?
