    No, it wasn't a deficiency notice. I included medicals when I filed everything in 2018 - so I think the medicals were expired. I just mailed them the new medicals today.

    Vawa approved March 2020 RFE from NBC for birth certificate in April 2021 (I think) Then RFIE for medical and 864-W from Brooklyn FO this month

    I finally received the RFIE. It’s for medicals and form 864 W. I’m confused about how to fill out part 2 of form 864 W. Should I choose 1(c) or 1(d)? I’m not a widower, FYI.

    Yesterday I received an update: “ we sent a request for initial evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number XX. The request for evidence explains what we need from you. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires.” Waiting to see what this RFIE is, but has anyone else experienced this? Thank you.

    Hello friends. I recently mailed form AR-11 to the Essex Junction, VT address (as required per the USCIS website) but it was kicked back to me. VAWA was approved March 2020 and 485 still pending. What am I doing wrong? @sandranj - thoughts? Thank you.
