Anyone in CA recently get I-131 approval?

Greetings,

 

Is there anyone living in CA or in region w/ same processing center who recently filed their I-131 & I-765 (along with the AoS) and got theirs back yet?  My wife is from Argentina, and needs to go back in December to prepare for a wedding we will have there.  Of course she can't leave the US without receiving her Advanced Parole.  Just curious if anyone else filed recently, and if so, when did you receive your AP and work permit?  We received a notice of receipt for the I-131 on August 23, and she did her biometrics on September 21.  

 

On this same topic, VJ says one should receive work permit and advanced parole 90 days after notice from USCIS.  Does that mean 90 business days or 90 consecutive calendar days?  Thanks for your help.

All c9 category i131 and i765 are sent from the Chicago lockbox to the National Benefits Center in Missouri for processing regardless of where you live. Currently the processing times have been getting longer for the ead/ap and is somewhere between 90-140 days, varies depending on case specifics and adjudicator. The 90 days are no longer guaranteed since as of January of this year.

You only filed in August and EAD and/or AP takes around 4 months at the moment. So this will be a close call for you.
