Hello VJ community

I would like to inquire about the 1040 form. the embassy request my fiancee to bring it to the interview along with the affidavit of support. the 1040 have so many pages so which page do I have to send along with the affidavit of support.

anybody have experience.

Normally it is the first 2 pages. As soon as you see that the next page is about Healthcare Premiums, stop right there. You don't need that part anymore.

Sept 14, 2020 - Biometric Reuse

October 20, 2020 - Interview Has Been Scheduled

November 23, 2020 - Interview Date - Approved!

December 4, 2020 - OATH TAKING CEREMONY

If by IRS you mean Tax Transcript, yes there is a difference. Tax Transcript are much more complete than Form 1040. I submitted my husband's Tax transcript during my time. But either of the two is fine. You can submit the most recent Tax Transcript or you can submit the most recent Tax Form 1040. Up to you.

ah ok , thank you for the reply I really appreciate it.

being mewly employed one month before the interview is really a problem during the interview for my fiancee? I got a new job after being emploed since october and our interview will be ths 20 september, will the CO having ideas? I hope not I am able to supply at least three weeks pay stubs

what do you think?
