You should have the US petitioner come on here and ask the questions because your English is a little unclear and there is a whole lot more he or she has to do besides birth certificate and translation.

I know before I went to Morocco to get married my husband went to his court and got a list of what they required me to have.  You should do the same.  I'm sorry I don't remember everything but I do remember I had to get a letter from my employer stating what I did and how much I made.  So I would check with the court there and ask for their requirements.  After my husband did this, he just emailed the list to me and I got the documents.  Oh and I remember I also had to go to my local police and get a letter that I didn't have any arrest record.  Now there were documents my husband had to get in Morocco and I have no idea what they were.  He had all of my documents that were in English translated.  I just remembered I had to have my birth certificate too.  LOL I keep remembering a little at a time.  Maybe I just don't want to remember.  It took us 10 weeks which I am sure is not the usual case but the local judge decided to give us  trouble because he thought my husband should be marrying a Moroccan.
