Hi All,

We are waiting for NO2. My Fiance is working in the US military. What documents do we need for proof of income, affidavit of support etc? Thanks

He should ask his CO (commandint officer)

the miliatary is use to doing all the paperwork for immigration

he needs IRS transcripts (last 3 years) but sometimes a person is deployed and doesn't have to do them so he needs help with this part of the work

tell him to get with his CO and ask for assistance

We submitted his last 3 tax returns, and personal statement of military compensation (I don't think it's necessary but we included it anyway).

That's it :)

Goodluck!

Thank you so much :)

His IRS transcripts as well as his LES should be fine. Decembers LES will show how much he made throughout the year (taxable and not if deployed). LES is all that should be needed for proof of employment as well.

Expedites are granted for deployment in the military. Is your spouse or fiancé being deployed?
