Hello,

I recently sent in my i-129f indicating we met on eHarmony, and supplying screenshots of our conversations on the page and also profiles.

I also indicated via the question about IMBRA that we hadn't used IMBRA services, and stated in the how we met description about the website.

We also documented separately that we've both lived in the same country for the past 4 years, and been in the relationship for this time.

My question. Do you think this may get RFE'd for the Terms of Service from the webpage? In hindsight, having read all the topics about IMBRA, this may have been prudent.

Has anyone managed to, recently, submit an application stating eHarmony as method of meeting, and not had a RFE?

Yes, we've met in person, frequently for the past 4 years, living together for 1.

eHarmony is not an IMB, many people meet through eharmony, I met my Fiancee through eharmony, and we are preparing to schedule our interview, USCIS and NVC steps already approved.

From your timeline it looks as though you didn't get a RFE request for this, did you include anything specific relating to the website in your original filing? Like terms and conditions? Or the like?

I did not include anything, but I have it on hand should the need arise. I took the generic route and put "We met online", and then provided a description about how we started exchanging emails back in December on the Supplement page, as well as submitting them almost 200 pages of exchanged emails.

Honestly I front loaded the hell out of my I-129f

200 pages of emails

5 months of phone records (each month of phone records is about 30-40 pages due to the quantity of phone calls)

30 pictures

Train tickets, boarding passes, bus tickets, receipts for transactions that showed both our names, entry passes to local attractions, and many many more items.

I barely fit my I-129f in the Fedex document mailer, and almost had to ship it to them in a parcel box.

Can I just say, it is submitted. Nothing you can do now to rewind that. Let it go. Save your stress until you have an actual thing to stress over. No point in wearing yourself out over something minor you can't change right now. If you get an RFE, it means you have an opportunity to send something additional. It doesn't mean the rodeo is over.

Well you sent off an email to get additional documentation. You can't do anything further with USCIS at this time like send an "oops, will you mail this to wherever my file went and find it among the thousands of boxes because I decided to add something else". An RFE will give you a specific address and a paper that must accompany anything else requested so it actually gets matched up with your petition.
