Received NVC Welcome letter, with no NOA2?

Just received email from NVC with case number and invoice number, with instructions on what to do next, choose agent, pay fees... Etc

Should I be worried or concerned I never received NOA2? Or does the fact that case is with the NVC make the NOA2 history?

NOA2 hard copy is rarely important. I don't think my husband even opened ours until after I'd moved. LOL

Make sure all the information is right on your NVC letter and you can call on Monday to confirm they have the right USCIS number to go with your NVC number as well if your USCIS case number isn't showing you're approved in their online system.

Thanks, one thing that worries me is if my wife didn't receive the NOA2, there may be some issues with the local mail delivery, however she did receive the NOA 1 in the mail. I'm nervous and hope the NVC package gets to her house.

Can I look up documents online and print out documents to complete NVC steps, or do we need to receive the NVC package in the mail?

Try this wiki. You'll need to download forms yourself. Do not wait for NVC to send you anything. It'll take months. Everything is done from them by email and everything from her by courier (or USPS.)
