The why...

VisaJourney has a very broad and diverse community of folks from around the world. We do our best to be sensitive to the various concerns of our membership in terms of 'indecent' material. This may be quite difficult at times so we've identified some common sense items (below). This is consistent with many online companies (and their properties) that we all use each day: Google, Facebook, Yahoo, Bing, Blogger, LinkedIn, MSN, etc..

Items we do not allow...

Adult content:

• Nudity and pornography including pornographic cartoons or anime (hentai/ecchi)
  
• Sexually gratifying content including sheer or see-through clothing or lingerie and images of men or women posing and/or undressing in a seductive manner
  
• Fetishes and sexual aids
  
• Adult links to external sites
  
• Explicit text and extreme profanity
  
• Sexual tips and health
  

Content that incites hatred or promotes violence against individuals or groups based on:

• race or ethnic origin,
  
• religion,
  
• disability,
  
• gender,
  
• age,
  
• veteran status, or
  
• sexual orientation/gender identity

Use inappropriate or offensive language that is sexually oriented, sexually suggestive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, profane, or hateful.

Attempt to bypass the Forums language filter through the use of alternative characters to spell profanities or through the posting of images containing profanity.
