BPI payment validation of given name misspelled! Pls help:(

Hi all,

I need your help. I made a payment for visa on 10/08 in Manila during my physical exam. On that day, that's my second day and I was nervous about my med result and the vaccination. Early morning my bro and I went to BPI and paid the visa payment. I just noticed when I am now in the province that my name on the validation at the back of customer copy was MISSPELLED. I made a interview appointment online.

Can this be corrected in any BPI branches?

Not likely, you could call BPI and ask. I wouldn't worry about it too much ... typos happen. The receipt number is the important part, that ties you to your online profile and your appointment. How bad was the misspelling? Just a missed letter or misplaced letter?

Yes, I will call the branch where I made the payment this Monday. Only 1 letter was missed. And hopefully, this can be corrected in any BPI branches.

Don't worry if they say they can't correct it.... not a big issue. And odds are they will say they can't ...
