Hi all,

I need your help. I made a payment for visa on 10/08 in Manila during my physical exam. On that day, that's my second day and I was nervous about my med result and the vaccination. Early morning my bro and I went to BPI and paid the visa payment. I just noticed when I am now in the province that my name on the validation at the back of customer copy was MISSPELLED. I made a interview appointment online.

Can this be corrected in any BPI branches?

Not likely, you could call BPI and ask. I wouldn't worry about it too much ... typos happen. The receipt number is the important part, that ties you to your online profile and your appointment. How bad was the misspelling? Just a missed letter or misplaced letter?

thank you hank. I am also worried if they need me to fly to Manila just to correct it and I have a worked. I am just hoping that it can be corrected in the bpi branch near to me.

Don't worry about it. Relax. Really it won't be a big issue.
