Im trying to get ready and fill out all the forms for Adjusting of my status. Im little confused about the form I 693. Do I have to visit doctor and let him fill out everything before I'll send all my forms? or should I just fill out first part of the form send it and wait until they call me to visit a doctor.

You go see a USCIS-designated civil surgeon and s/he fils out the form after administering some tests. S/he gives it back to you in a sealed envelope, and you do not open the envelope, and send it in with your initial application package. You can find Civil Surgeons at uscis.gov.
