let your fiance send all the original documents and be sure to give only photocopies during the interview coz those they will keep it as their records..THe affidavit of support, intent letter, and employer letter should be original(with original signatures). ITR, w2, divorced decree, paystubs can be scanned or photocopies...During my interview, i brought scanned copies for all documents from my fiance.BUt for you to be safe, have him send all the originals

you only need the ds160. now you can schedule your interview, do the medical, and then pass your interview!

follow hank's guide! http://visaconnection-philippines.com/#

I scheduled my interview on February 25, as it is the earliest available slot and my petition expires on january 15;-( what should i do? Do they extend our petition automatically? Do we have to call them and tell them our concern??

Please see this thread:

Refer to Hank's post. It's number 8. Your questions are answered on his post.

You also have the option to reschedule your interview at an earlier time. Just monitor the calendar for any openings and grab it. Remember though, it is extremely risky. Slots get taken in a blink.

USEM will automatically extend the petition validity up to a year.
