Hello evry one pls I wanna ask a q

If I just have my GC and my wife wanna divorce can I still move on without her and do ROC on my GC?

Pls help

I don't know the answer to your predicament but why the divorce? Can't you guys work on the relationship? (F)

If you are applying for a K1 visa, why are asking about a divorce procedure?

I'm confused too, his other post says his interview date for k1 is feb 8, so looks like he's planning ahead? Or just worried about what *might* happen. He couldn't have a greencard yet.

So the interview was on feb 8th 2011....so i assume he was approved and now wants to know what will happen if he divorces......wait so that means he had an IR1 interview and not k1 right? Hmmmm this story doesnt add up so i dont think i can advise......

From his other topics it seems he is indeed K1. He did have an interview but was given 221g for phone calls - admin process going on for 2 months as he says. I'd venture a guess he is putting a feelers out to see how to get a gc - through scamming a USC?
