  1. It was the Vaccine Waiver (I-601) I tried everything: Expediting because of humanitarian reasons and congressional inquiries. Eventually i called multiple times to USCIS and i told them there was no response to my expedite request. They said they'd call back in a week. 2 days later i got an e-mail it was approved.
  2. I applied for the I-601 in October 2022. Was approved the 22nd of May!
  3. Definitely depends on the type of I-601. I filed mine at the end of October. Have not heard anything yet.
  4. Hi all, Had an interview at the USC in Amsterdam on July 19th. Got a green 221G slip because i did not have my original I-864 forms with me (from joint sponsor). A week later the package arrived through UPS at the consulate. Since then I have not heard back. Does anybody else experience such long waiting times currently? It seems like a long time, since all that was needed to be done is taking a copy of the original document.
  5. I submitted 2 different photos of the same face. Just to be sure 😅
  6. Hi! So sorry to hear that this process is taking so long! Is that because of your situation that they needed that extra review time? We are not yet approved to submit to NVC but will be in a similar situation as we both work and live in the Netherlands.
  7. hey! Similar situation here. Filed in April, received NOA1 April 12 from Nebraska (i797c) but it was apparently transferred to Potomac... Wouldn't have found that out if I didn't inquire. Have seen a lot of European I130's from March / April in the same situation, we're in the Netherlands. My wife is a US Citizen and she petitioned on my behalf. Hoping to get the NOA2 by end of October - who knows because the 2nd NOA's are all over the place as far as how quickly people are receiving them.
  8. Dutchie here - so a German neighbor. Thanks for sharing about this!! I just got through to a live USCIS representative through Emma via the tips in this thread and they confirmed a transfer to Potomac - we were originally at Nebraska. Couldn't confirm when or why. The rep also said filing i129F doesn't expedite the I130 approval process... We got a notice that USCIS was being actively reviewed as of August 27 - we got our NOA1 on April 12 so we're at the 5 month mark as of a couple days ago. Hoping we here something by mid October!
