Having an approved I-212 flags border patrol to do a secondary interview upon every re-entry into the country. It is standard albeit quite an unfortunate inconvenience, extra hour to get in any time we come back.
They were nice enough although the border feels like they treat us all citizens and visitors like criminals. Could be a little nicer and have the same results, they welcomed my wife after I mentioned no one had congratulated us once during the whole process. ANYWAYS it has been a journey to say the least. |

Stamped with CR1 at POE. First names + middle name too long for social security number (18+ characters), which was received 7/14. SSA office recommended change of middle name to middle initial to fit SSN card, website. New SSN shipped. |

Didn't take too long and no secondary questioning. Super nice and helpful CBP officer! |
