I mentioned that we had been married for two years, and my husband should be receiving an IR instead of the Conditional Resident as stated on the VISA stamp. However, the special immigration officer did not pay attention, and did not want to help to change the status. I went over to the original POE officer, and they had a little argument. and the special immigration officer stamping made a few changes on the computer to reflect an Immediate Resident status. We didn't get the SS card automatically mailed as we noted on the original application. We had to go to the SS office and apply for a SS card for my husband.	2013-03-11
