CBP officer took care of us right there and didn't send us "to the back" which had 1.5hr wait since we had 4month old infant. The officer completed entry quickly (15 mins for the 3 of us) and very professional. wish there was a way to send a not to his boss... |

No questions asked. Both of us went through the foreign nationals line for passport control together. When they saw beneficiary's packet, the CBP officer told petitioner to sit in a waiting area while she went with the agent. There were a few people ahead of her, but no questions were asked. The only thing that happened in secondary today was a passport stamp. |

Had a connected flight from San Francisco to Ontario. Beneficiary was treated extremely well and everyone was very helpful. She even missed her connecting flight but they guided her on what to do at no cost. We advise to arrive in Ontario instead of LAX. It's much smoother and less crowded. |
