The lady at the POE told us that I-94 apparently is not needed anymore (hence why we didn't receive one in the plane.) However, if requested, the information can now be completed online: www.cbp.gov/I94 (which I plan on doing for the AOS paperwork) |

POE was nice and easy,His flight was scheduled to arrive at JFK at 10:52PM, and arrived at 11:01PM, he waited in line, was taken into the "room" with a few other people,There they took the sealed envelop and he was directed by the IO to open the package,his finger prints where taken, and passport was stamped, then he was let go by the IO, he was out of customs by 11:22PM. |
