When hubby arrived and went through customs at Dallas (DFW) airport, the agent didn't ask questions. He just took the envelope, went to the back to enter the information in the system, came back to stamp his passport, then welcomed him to the US. That's it. The 2 hour wait time was only due to the long line of people.
