At the border control desk they asked how long I intended to stay I answered I have a immigrant visa so permanently. the man politely asked me to follow him to a waiting room he passed my passport over the desk. I waited until they called my name they gave me some welcome papers and information and gave me back my passport. Then I went to collect my case and leave. It was very simple thehardest part was waiting in line before getting to the boarder control desk they were doing a refurb. Everyone was nice and polite. |

I reached Abu Dhabi air port and it was late night at 12 o clock and I walked from one terminal to another and its very far form US custom Boarder and protection and I reached there after 20 mins of walking as the airport is very huge and stand in que for my turn and when my turn came there was an old officer in Uniform and he called me and i went to the counter and he asked me for my passport first and looked in scanned my visa and then asked for the seal envelope and opened it with a sharp knife and took out all the papers and asked me to put my fingers first on scanner and then thumb and then showed a picture with fruits, vegetable, grains, meat and asked me it I have any of theses in my luggage i said no because I don't have any of there items then he type some thing on system and asked me how much money i am currying with me to united states and then asked me to come with him I was bit nursers and followed him and he took me to a waiting room and asked me to fill out Custom boarder and protection and i filled out all the form and sit on the bench and wait over there I was super sleepy at that time and was not knowing it will take to long for me to sit there and after waiting there for like 45 mins another guy came with my passport and he give me my passport and asked me to go and i took my back and went from there to air craft with a happy face. |
