an officer watching the queue saw my big envelope and i was taken from the back of the queue to an empty stall where i was processed and on my way within 10 minutes... it was actually easier and faster than when i previously visited. |

Had a great experience at my POE. Was really scared/nervous beforehand, but the officer was very welcoming and friendly and said "welcome home" :) made me smile. The whole thing took less than ten minutes I think. No waiting either. |

I have flown into Houston many many times and never had an issue.
Flying in this time was no different.
You do all the usual stuff and then they take you back into a secondary room and take your fingerprints and tell you about what you have to do in the future. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and made light of how nervous i was which made me feel a lot more relaxed. All in all not a bad experience! |
