Just had to turn over the sealed packet and had a few fingerprints taken. Not clear on what the next steps are for greencard/social security num, but they said that the CIS will contact us.
You have to go to the local Social security office, where they will ask a few questions for statistical purposes, then your social security card gets mailed out. Greencard also gets mailed out a few weeks later. |

Once I got pass customs, I wend to the immigration officers. One gentleman pulled me to a side room, checked through my paperwork, took my fingerprints and I was free to go in about 5 minutes. No harassment, no troubles at all! |
