The immigration agent only took a look at my package, wrote down some of the numbers inside, took an ultra-fast look at the pictures there (just to check there were pics, I guess) and said "ok". Last question: "Do you know why you're here?". Nervous, it took me 5 seconds to realize the right answer: "To get married". Good I did. He never said "Welcome to the United States". Bah. |

Name was misspelled at POE, DHS has incorrect name, but we did not know until we applied for a SS card and the name came back misspelled. SS said it was to match records at DHS. |
