Movi & George Detroit 2010-02-13 No No - High George and I and my two children arrived at Detroit. However, due to the long line of incoming passengers, we missed our connecting flight. We presented our sealed envelopes to the Officer. He commented that the approval of the I-129 has already expired as it was dated Sept 2009. I never knew that the petition approval has an expiration. Besides, we got our visa within the time frame of the petition approval. Also I know is that our visa are not yet expired and we traveled to the US within the effectivity of the visa. However, I opted not to say anything. He immediately called someone else to re affirm the petition, which was done by simply affixing his signature. He photocopied other documents and let us go. We were already late for our flight to Forthworth and the next available flight is 3 days later. However, at the twist of event, and after so many verification and persuading the airline employee, the three of us (me and my 2 children) were accommodated in the next flight. However, George, my fiance was placed on waiting list. We already boarded the plane and thought that George will no longer be with us in the same flight. When the waiting list was called, George was put on the first class cabin. Thanks God, we made our flight from Detroit to Forthworth together. 2010-09-22

Cptrosco Gregg & Melissa Boston 2010-02-15 No Yes - High Boston was a very good place. Flight landed @ 5.20pm, walked to customs where I was told to stand at counter 18 (only 1 person before me). Handed the brown envelope to the gentleman, he looked through it, ask me for my fingerprints, asked if i knew when i was getting married and stamped my passport, that was it, VERY simple process. He asked if i was going to work or study, I said I will have to work at some point, what with having a 6 week old baby etc, he told me that once i am married to file for employment card at my local CIS office, then said welcome to America. 2012-10-23
