Took a total of about 15 minutes at the Immigration section. Total time from airplane landing to US entry less than 1 hour.(Much of it was waiting for luggage)Later- lost physical documents. |

We got in line JUST IN TIME. A few flights came in just after we got in line and the whole process was SLOOOOOOOOW. IF we hadn't gotten in line when we did it may have taken a couple hours AT LEAST to get through. Their were definately NOT enough officers to process everyone in a reasonable timeframe. |
