He arrived at 8am and made it through immigration by 9am. He would have been done earlier, but, his sister decided he needed to bring food stuff, she packed all type of food in his bags smoked fish, dried shrimp, casava and maggie cubes. All these items were taken when they x-rayed his bag and did a manual search, this held him up about 15 minutes. |

Gary crossed before passports were required or papers were given out crossing the Canadian border. We had to file through the FOIA to get a record of his legal entry into the USA.
The Border Patrol provided a copy of the computer printout of his legal crossing to use for USCIS. |
