I was allowed to accompany Noom through immigration. No complaints really since he breezed through. But some of the staff were rude (barking at folks and giving confusing directions) disorganized. And the officer who reviewed Noom's file didn't really seem to know what he was doing. He didn't ask any questions, didn't say welcome to America, just said "You're all set" which Noom didn't understand at all. It all took about 20 minutes. |
