They took Andrey into an office and made me wait outside without telling either of us what was going on. I waited for 4 hours not knowing what was happening when he finally came out. He said there were a lot of people inside and most of that time was him waiting. Once he was called, he was talked to by a lady for all of 2 minutes and then he could leave. Our flight had landed at 7:30pm so we didn't get out of that airport until nearly midnight. Absolutely ridiculous.	2015-12-31
