It took six new immigrants more than two hours to pass the Entry simply because we needed to wait them to finish with those in wheelchairs! |

Made us wait a seemingly infinite amount of time because of limited staff at night, not allowing us to get our baggage from the baggage claim (yikes, anyone could have walked off with her life by then), and otherwise, was pretty good. Everyone treated us fairly, just not the best policy for newcomers. |
