Isabella & Kevin Washington DC 2023-11-14 Yes,Passport Stamp - High It took me about 30 minutes to get to the CBP officer, as the line was a little bit long and there was only 2 officers working at the moment. When I got to him, I handled my passport and my package, and while he opened it we were chatting about random things and he was extremely nice! He took a picture of me and asked for the address where i am staying. Then he handed me my passport with the stamp and said welcome to the US! I would say that all the interaction we had took around 5 minutes. 2024-07-30

V & B Washington DC 2022-12-24 No - High Entry was super easy. Waited in line for quite a while as it was Christmas Eve but once we made it up there the officer asked for my passport, saw the visa and asked if I was immigrating today. Then he stamped my visa and explained that my visa stamp will be valid as a green card for a year but I should receive my green card in the mail within a month. 2024-07-16
Acudus & Colum Washington DC 2019-09-24 - High Expected to face long lines and a long wait, but we were instead greeted by a near empty immigration hall. We were quickly taken out of line and brought to a desk where an immigration officer asked us some basic questions and collected the consulate package. We walked to a different room and waited for less than 15 minutes after checking in. The immigration officers asked several straightforward questions, and seemed satisfied when we told them about our plans to marry in 4 weeks. My fiance and I were together the entire time, which I had not expected. Overall, it was a quick process and the immigration officers were courteous and professional. 2020-04-03
