They had no clue what to do with my K1 visa packet. We waited for three hours while the IO just chatted away with co workers. After he decided to process my packet we spent about 5 minutes no questions ask. |

It was horrible. They really didn't know what they were doing. My fiancee has a high risk pregnancy and they made no attempts to accommodation her in violation of the Americans with Disabilities act and made us wait 7 hours outside in the rain. Horrible. |
