I arrived at the ATL airport at 1:00 pm. At the point of Entry in Atlanta, The officer didn't even ask me any question. I went to the TRIPOD area and they were there and I was the only person. He stamped my passport and said you can go, no questions asked, no hassle, nothing, Easy. 5 Minutes totally. That's it. |

The CO was very confused about the expiration date of the PETITION and the expiration date of the actual K1 VISA, both shown on the visa itself. Even though we had a legitimate visa and were well before the actual visa expiration, the petition had expired, and the CO took 30 min. to check with another officer. Very frustrating. |
