Jose & Katie Chicago 2007-01-02 Yes,Passport Stamp Yes - High POE was no problem. Took about 10 minutes and got the stamp. Another problem with SSN, it is supposed to come within 2 weeks, but his took about 2 months because the people at the border never forwarded the paperwork to the SSN people (which they are supposed to if you check the box on the visa application to be automatically be applied for a SSN) 2007-07-30
Nin & Aneki Chicago 2004-03-11 No Yes - High Quick and easy, got asked a few questions about the impending wedding by the officer. Got a "Congratulations and good luck" too. 2015-10-13

UncleJesse Vivienne & Jesse Chicago 2009-02-13 No No - High Fill out the WHITE I-94. we filled out the green one and had to get back into line and wait again. Then go off to the side room and wait about 45 minutes while they reviewed the records, but after the wait they stamped it and reminded us that we needed to get married in 90 days. 2010-11-09
Yuki & Ben Chicago 2008-01-17 No Yes - High 2008-06-17
Morretti Michelle & Henry Chicago 2009-09-14 - High bbbI told the man that my visa should be IR1 as we have been married over 2 years, he said not his problem, stamped it and that was that. USCIS in Milwaukee told me I did not qualifiy for an IR1. I read up a whole lot more on immigration law and am absolutely convinced I am. Sent greencard (reluctantly) and I-90 back with a cover letter and Marriage cert...as of yet, waiting to hear. Success, I got my IR1, took just over a month to get and no extra fees, as it was their error. 2014-10-29
