They were very helpful. My wife misplaced her passport on the plane - Delta helped a lot and immigration office was extremely helpful...they appreciate people who follow the law in immigration. Passport was found by Delta on the floor of the plane just as she was going through immigration. |

The Immigration database was down for 45 minutes after we got in line, but we planned a 3 hour layover "just in case." Once the database was working again the Immigration agent interviewed Karl for about 10 minutes, going through our paperwork and asking a few simple questions. He was friendly, and told Karl "Welcome home," and told me, the US citizen, "Welcome back."
Just a note, the agents were NOT friendly to those who didn't have their paperwork in order, especially after a 45 minute outage of the Immigration system. Be prepared! |
