There was no sign that said "immigrants here" so he got in the wrong line but through observation, found out where he needed to be. He put his do not envelope on a desk and waited for the POE officer. He waited for about half an hour. The officer arrived. Hubby said the officer must have been new because he kept looking around and asking his co-workers (clarification) questions. Hubby said that the officer didn't really look at the papers.
