The frickin chinese biatch interrogated my wife. My wife was trying to update our address, etc, and the lady kept trying to trip her up with questions. My opinion is this - if you barely speak english you shouuldnt be working for immigration at the airport anyway. Anyway after 2 hours she made it through and we're home at last LOL. |

The process was quite simple but it took me over one hour to be able to continue with my trip. One of the officers asked me tricky questions to see if I was already married: "So did you say yes?" "Yes to what?" "Did you say I do?" "No, sir, I'll be doing that on the 24th when we get married." |

POE immigration officer was courteous and asked more questions to USC petitioner than beneficiary (questions like, how did we meet, how long have we known each other, what was petitioner’s profession, etc.) Then he said, “welcome to the U.S.”, took beneficiary’s photo and electronic fingerprints and then called an escort to accompany beneficiary to private interview room.
Second immigration examiner just looked over consulate K-1 Visa package and did not ask any questions. After 5 minutes, they told beneficiary she had 90 days to get married and that was it!
