Made us wait a seemingly infinite amount of time because of limited staff at night, not allowing us to get our baggage from the baggage claim (yikes, anyone could have walked off with her life by then), and otherwise, was pretty good. Everyone treated us fairly, just not the best policy for newcomers. |

The queue moved very first, when it was my turn; the immigration officer took my passport, looked at the visa and asked for the package. I gave it to him and he asked when we will have our wedding. Next, my right hand finger prints were taken (biometric). He stamped my passport, inserted a piece of paper in one of the pages and handed it to me. He welcomed me and i left...was there for 7minutes. Very smooth and kind staff. |

My wife was the only immigrant being processed at the time of her entry. There were two officers there. They asked her no questions except her current address. Since I had just moved two days earlier, she did not know the address off the top of her head, so they actually called me to get it. They were very friendly and cordial. |
