This was second POE for Phil. First time was through Chicago and was much, much more difficult. Chicago held him for over three hours in a room before even explaining what was going on. Atlanta was so easy, just a couple of questions and breezed right through. |

Excellent experience. The Homeland Security agent was polite and helpful. It took only one hour to get of the plane, go through immigration (TRIPOD counter), collect bags and catch bus to the car. |
