The POE process was confusing. There was one security guard who was rude to me when I asked him for information, but the person who actually processed my husband's paperwork was very nice. |

They kept me and my 7 year old in their Office for 3 hours.I was NOT allowed to make a phonecall and had to ask several times until someone finally called my man to tell him that we were being held up.My son was yelled at and I was accused of Visa Fraud because I had second thoughts and didn't use the Visa issued in April.Very unpleasant experience !!! |
