Never received NOA1 due to wrong address, We only received the appointment notice for the biometrics on January 16, 2016. Just received notices July 6th that they've ordered his new GC. No letters in the mail though since the address was corrected. Interview was waived. |

People, please listen, WELL PREPARED your evidence is the key. Even I submitted all evidence but they still sent me an RFE ask for details....
I had the interview because they wanted to make sure we are truly husband and wife. I think because of I had to travel a lot for my job, I stayed away from home for my job made them wonder.
