We received our approval notice March, 2018, about a year and a half after filing our i-751. August 19, 2018 we called USCIS to inquire about Olesya's green card. Shortly after, we received another approval notice dated August 21, 2018. The next mail day we received an I 797-C Reopen notice. This gave me a panic, thinking there was now a chance the removal of conditions might not be approved. However, it was dated the same day as the 2nd approval notice, and the green card arrived soon after. I think the Reopen happened before the 2nd approval notice on the same day, but we just received them in the mail in reverse order. Check the Notice dates before panicking!
Total time between sending inital fiancee visa package and receiving 10 year green card was just over 5 years. We are glad to FINALLY have this behind us!!!! |

Did submit my citizenship application( N400) while i have a i751 pending case .Ive been waiting for 1.6yrs right now as date of march 23,2018.Will update this comments when i receive my noa and biometric for n400.april 3 roc status change to card was mailed to me and received the card april 5.
Returning Gc: i receive a letter saying that i do have an error in my card return may 20 till now june 9 no response from uscis. |
