The processing was delayed for a year and eventually my case from California got transferred to Nebraska Service Center where they processed it in about two months. My application was approved without an in person interview. |

USCIS status changed to "New Card Is Being Produced" on May 16, 2019 with no other updates or notes if approved. A few days later I received a letter in mail saying I was approved. Then a few days later received my greencard in the mail.
I did not require an interview.
