Card was apparently issued at some point in October 2019 but I was not informed. Card was sent to the wrong address, and address I never had on file. Card was then returned to USCIS as undelivered and destroyed. Case Status was not updated online until 2020-03-03. Immediately files I-90 for a replacement card and wrote to Congressman. New card produced on 2020-11-06 |
