Ever & Eric California Service Center 2012-01-18 2012-01-31 none 2012-02-24 none 2012-06-01 Yes Yes 2012-07-01 USCIS never did send us the Notification Letter which showed we were "in-process" so when we travelled to Canada before the 10-year g.c. arrived we had to go to a local office and get the I-551 stamp. That is when they informed us that USCIS failed to send the letter (we thought we misplaced it). 2015-01-14
Einstine Joji & Tom California Service Center 2012-03-07 2012-03-08 2012-04-06 none 2012-08-30 Yes 2012-09-06 That was easy. I read all the info here at visa journey, did my own papers and all worked perfectly. I never ever paid an attorney to have anything work as well. I lost a lot of money to worthless attorneys doing nothing before finding Visa Journey.....Thanks Visa Journey 2021-09-02

Bulgarian boy & American girl California Service Center 2010-10-05 2010-10-07 2010-11-22 NONE 2011-01-24 Yes No Received three duplicate letters after biometrics requesting us to make a biometrics appointment. Scheduled an InfoPass appointment (for something else, but asked about this as well) - they initiated a service request about the letters. Received a letter saying to ignore the previous letters. Case status remained at last updated 11/24 until at least mid-January. Then approved on 1/24/11 with no RFE or interview request. 2013-01-13
Agada julie & jeff California Service Center 2009-04-29 2009-05-04 None 2009-07-01 None 2009-08-07 Yes USCIS received our filing on May 4th, 2009. They cashed our check on May 13th, 2009 and they sent out the NOA on May 14th (I got it on May 16th). So it does take them a couple of weeks to start processing the file. The ASC appt. notice for biometrics is dated 6/16/09, was mailed on 6/18 and I received it 2 days later... 2 months after my filing date! phew! And I'm going to have to reschedule because it's vacation time for me! 2009-08-16
