Every time I call embassy, no answer or tells me not to call, and when emailing them, tells me its in process. its been like 2years and 5 months for this process. This is taking way too long. Jan 06,2009 Finally TOUCHED!!! but still says pending :( Jan 15,2009 Infopass appointment,officer emailed vermont to upgrade and to notify how long it will take to process...........................
