Per NVC Operator rcvd 3/5/04 and said it would be to Embassy in 2-4 wks.. Cleared NVC March 9th, per telephone with NVC operator on 3-11-04. After leaving BCIS, things have zoomed! They gave us the interview date we requested. I hope things keep falling into place! Interview 4-26 and got visa after a one day delay to check new version of surname, missed by prior VSC/NVC processing..(buffoons!)...but now griping... We got it, she's were, we're ecstatic and happy..
