OMGGGGGG LUCKY DAY!! 03/06/09 touch- our files were sent to NVC and received that same day; found out NVC case #s for both I 129F and I 130 upon calling them on 03/09/09 Found out K3 in AP on 03/10/09 :-(((( and out of AP on 04/14/09 (CR1 also briefly in AP b/w 04/02 and 04/20. CR1 interview cancelled out our K3. Things happen for a reason indeed! Consulate agrees to move up our NVC assigned date from June 17th to May 12th.
